Hi, I'm Eugenia Villa, REALTOR®. I'm a bilingual real estate agent with HomeSmart, and I help people buy, sell, rent, and invest in homes across The Woodlands, Magnolia, and the Greater Houston area.
I'm originally from Mexico City and have called the Houston area home for the past 40 years. Before real estate, I had a successful career with United Airlines, where I worked with people from all over the world. Today I work with buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, and investors.
Moving is a big decision. My job is to make it feel manageable: I explain each step in plain language, answer your questions quickly, and give you my honest opinion, even when it's not what you hoped to hear.
